Election Public Service Announcements
This project integrates Social Studies and Math. Students research the process on how to register to vote. Students will collect data on how many families are interested in voting as well as how many are interested in learning how to vote absentee. This data is displayed and then analyzed. Students will integrate what they learned about how to register to vote and the data that they collected to create a public service announcement that attempts to persuade their viewers to vote and/or to vote absentee. The survey is administered again after families watch the video to see how the data changed.
